Web development has always been fascinating to learn about, something different from the conventional curriculum and which as well requires us to customise and construct websites. Naturally, all of us are extreme foodies to the point where a food website idea was the first that came to our mind when we were brainstorming for ideas. Learning HTML & CSS for the project added 2 new tools to our belt, while also giving us an insight into web development and how beautiful you can make a site. Looking at website like those of Apple, iamafoodblog & Séan Halpin, the pinnacles of what a website can be, we were also inspired to give our best shot at making one ourselves. We also learnt about the 3 stages of web development, and also what a full stack developer is, and the scope for web dev as a career in the future.
